Trinity Health Senior Communities (THSC) is seeking a Community Sales Consultant for Sanctuary at Maryhaven in Southgate, MI. THSC is nationally recognized and owns and operates 53 communities in 11 states. The Community Sales Consultant will routinely sell within the community's proscribed market area. Works constructively and cooperatively with the Director of Sales to exceed sales goals for the community. Performs weekly external marketing calls. Develops and maintain professional selling relationships with professional referral sources within the market area. Plans and host community events as indicated.



  • Performs weekly external marketing calls.

  • Develops and maintain professional selling relationships with professional referral sources within the market area.

  • Follows up with all walk-ins, phone calls, mail-ins in a timely and appropriate manner.

  • Maintains the TSLC lead management system for the community.

  • Plans and host community events as indicated.

  • Creates, plans and implements events such as seminars, speakers and themed events.

  • Maintains the community's marketing database.

  • Generates, analyzes and distributes weekly and monthly REPS reports evaluating sales and marketing program performance.

  • Complies with the community sales and marketing plans.

    Bachelors Degree with 3-5 years direct selling related experience in a healthcare field preferred or an equivalent combination of education and direct selling related experience preferably in healthcare.


    Demonstrates sound knowledge and use of selling and presentation skills


    Demonstrates superior written and verbal communication, human relations, management, and presentation skills.


    Must demonstrate strong analytical, strategic thinking, organizational, and group process skills.


    This position is base pay plus commission



 

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
