LaQuinta Inn Detroit Southgate LaQuinta Inn Detroit Southgate Southgate, MI Southgate, MI Part-time Full-time Part-time Full-time From $12 an hour From $12 an hour 1 day ago 1 day ago 1 day ago Duties - Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner - Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities as needed - Vacuum carpets and sweep/mop floors - Dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces - Empty trash and replace liners - Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, and sinks - Replenish supplies such as soap, shampoo, and toilet paper - Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Manager - Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and safety Requirements - Previous experience in housekeeping preferred but not req - Familiarity with hotel or hospitality industry standards for cleanliness - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient completion of tasks - Ability to prioritize tasks based on guest needs and hotel occupancy levels - Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift, and push/pull heavy objects as needed - Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required by the hotel schedule Note:
