Working in a professional medical office setting, compensation will include an hourly wage along with performance-based bonuses.
The average CCS earns over $38,000 per year.
Responsibilities:
Generate Revenue by setting appointments Making outbound calling using a script Provide exceptional customer service Updating the patient's information using a scheduling software Keeping detail and accurate records Reaching goals set by the company Additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Present oneself with a professional, positive and friendly demeanor.
Minimum of 1 years of call center experience Must be organized and able to multitask efficiently Excellent communication skills both in person and on the phone.
Must be proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word) Above average Computer skills High School Diploma or equivalent required Must be able to sit for long periods of time Compensation:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
