Responsibilities:
Conduct Intake Assessments, including all necessary opening paperwork (Integrated Biopsychosocial, financial and demographic forms, etc.
) Gather and integrate information from all available sources, including client self-reports, reports from family members, guardian(s) and probation officer, documented medical, treatment history, etc.
Requirements:
Must have a Master's Degree or higher and be a psychologist (TLLP, LLP, or LP), licensed master's social worker (LMSW) or limited licensed master's social worker (LLMSW) supervised by a licensed master's social worker, licensed professional counselor (LPC) or limited licensed professional counselor (LLPC) currently in the state of Michigan.
Full license (LMSW, LP, or LPC) preferred.
Or must hold state licensure (LLMSW, LLPC, TLLP, LMSW, LPC, LLP).
One year of experience in the examination, evaluation and treatment of minors and their families - Required.
Electronic medical record experience - Preferred.
Proficient with use of computer, (including email, word processing, excel spreadsheets, and databases, etc.
) experience with electronic medical preferred.
